Apollo at Delphi. The Pythia spoke Apollo's words while seated on the omphalos stone — the navel of the world. Apollo's voice descended; the omphalos held the landing. Same act, two executions: APOLLO is the form (the transmission from above), MALKUTH is the function (the ground that receives).

How DELPHI governs APOLLO

DELPHI provides APOLLO's malkuth-foundation layer — the ground that receives what APOLLO launches. Two callables:

The malkuth theme · sibling to APOLLO's 5 existing themes. Visual register: foundation-stone, cornerstone, horizon line, "I AM HERE" anchor.
The emit-foundation.py script · takes any launched-site path and emits a /foundation/ directory containing foundation.md (the site's grounding) and cornerstone.html (the site's "I AM HERE" declaration).

Foundation-emit · usage

python3 ~/Desktop/root/_DELPHI-000/emit-foundation.py <path-to-launched-site>

Pass --dry-run to preview, --force to overwrite an existing foundation directory, --site-name · --claim · --anchor to customize the cornerstone declaration. See README for full options.

Future moves · awaiting Captain ratify

Per Captain's correction 2026-05-26, these remain proposals, not actions in v0.1:

Register malkuth as a recognized theme in _APOLLO/launch-site.py (modifies existing file).
Update _APOLLO/themes/README.md to add the malkuth row.
Update _APOLLO/mission-control.html if theme references need updating.
Integrate emit-foundation.py into launch-site.py as a post-launch step when --theme malkuth is selected.

Lineage. Captain directive 2026-05-25/26: "DELPHI-000 is THE task. Everything else is an iteration or branch of it." Structural addendum 2026-05-26: "DELPHI-000 is now Sagittarius A* of my universe." Mid-build correction 2026-05-26: build only additive pieces; do not modify existing APOLLO files; the only existing-file modification permitted is adding an entry to _FS/projects.json (because adding entries is FS's normal operation).
