## How to use this

Every counterparty introduction, account update, signature, registration, or filing under WFAG gets a row. Append-only. If something later changes or unwinds, append a new row referencing the original. Don't delete history.

**Columns:**
- **Date** — calendar date the action completed
- **Counterparty / System** — who or what was on the other end
- **Action** — what changed (in past tense, "did X")
- **Evidence** — where the proof lives (file path, Notion link, email subject, confirmation #)
- **Owner** — who did it
