# Contractor Onboarding Notes — Ian Saunders

## Time Tracking & Invoicing

**Tool:** Clockify

**Weekly reporting:** Submit Clockify time reports by end of week (Friday) to **books@sfinbloom.art**

**Invoicing:** Submit invoices based on Clockify hours. Payment terms are Net 30 from receipt of invoice. The Company aims to pay within 14 days when possible.

## Hours

Hours are demand-based, approximately 8-20 hours per week, up to 40 during seasonal periods. Hours must be requested by Consultant and approved by the Company prior to work commencing (per Section 2 of the Agreement).

## Scope

The Consultant's scope lives within Engineering: Assembly & Fulfillment. If a task feels like it falls outside that scope, flag it. This is a collaborative process — the Company is going through growth and things shift. The expectation is that the Consultant proactively surfaces anything that feels out of bounds so it can be reviewed together.
